With Reference my application for Temporary Disconneciton of Sui Gas Meter on dated 15/5/2017, submitted at SSGC, North Karachi, it is stated that i have given shop on ground floor of my House No. R-695, Sector 11/C, North karachi, to tenant Shahab uddin, who is running Tea Hotel in my shop. He was earlier using illegal sui gas connection without my notice, from another plot, bearing plot number R-700, Sector 11/C, North Karachi. On my complain, illegal connection was removed by SSGC.

After removing of illegal gas connection, he is now using gas connection from my residential gas meter for commercial use, without my permission and information. Due to over billing, when i checked my meter, i aware that my meter is being used by him for running his Tea hotel. i tried to stop him because residential meter cannot be used for commercial purpose but he comes on enmity and threats. I have no male support in my family that’s why i had to sift my house to another house.

Now my residential meter is not in my use and my tenant is using it for commercial use. Due to above reason i submitted an application to SSGC, North Karachi zone for temporary disconnection of my gas meter on 15/5/17 and after that several times visited to SSGC, North Karachi zone but neither no one reply my satisfactory nor disconnect my meter.

It is therefore, requested to please take necessary action and issue order to disconnect my residential meter till i shift again to my house, to prevent it from illegal commercial use.
