I am domestic customer.My customer number is 2138570000(6).
I received my gas bill of Jan 2017 and it shows Pug gas charges and PUG GST.
What are these charges and why are they included in my bill.
Please note this issue and don’t impose it again.

SSGC LOOTING PAKISTANIS BY CHARGING PUG (Passing out of unregistered gas from meter) CHARGES
I have been receiving bills for last many months showing PUG charges, Bill
of current month shows PUG charges of Rs.185 plus gst on it as Rs.32/-.
while consumption is “ZERO” units !!!!!!!!!!
It is strange that how PUG can in any event be claimed on a bill for a
meter which has ZERO consumption. When no gas was at all used during the
entire month, how UNREGISTERED GAS could pass through it ?????.
Moreover, if the meter is faulty it is your company that is liable to
change it. Furthermore, meters of entire city cant be said to be faulty
as such PUG charges are being claimed from everyone as learnt from media
as there are thousands of complaints on it. Furthermore, there was no
notice that meter was ever tested then how your company can claim PUG
without testing it.
Moreover, you are well aware as also learnt from media that the government has
SPECIFICALLY BARRED you from charging PUG as being illegal.
Thus, PUG charges claimed by your company during last month(s) are illogical,
against natural justice unauthorized, illegal, and in utter violation
of the contract with consumer. You are therefore advised to refund pug
charges if any received through earlier bill(s) and also issue current
bill extending the date for payment atleast for 15 days from the date of
such issuance. Otherwise legal course can be adopted.
