Today i visited ayesha manzil customer facilitation center there is meet Mr. Faisal regarding the problem of Pug Charges i surprised to know the lack of knowledge of that person that he even not known about it & just making cock & bull story to pay any how he has no answer of customer Q that why it is imposed if such kind of work SSGC need to get on their seat than they appoint sweepers there who only keep saying 1 line to all (YOU HAVE TO PAY ANY HOW) Lolz….
Secondly I visited Deputy Manager there and inquire with him regarding PUG charges that person is like the donkey who we teach to climb on mountain with load and use as transport because on the designation he is sitting he dosn’t know his responsibility even not known regarding Customer relation / functional coordination etc. & that stupid guy is sitting on post of Deputy Manager seat of Customer facilitation center how stupid it is he dosn’t know his responsibility there he must have to satisfy the customer by all mean. but they LOLZ not filling their responsibility just 1 line they know that u must have to pay.
I said him that you people have to ask company that this is not the way you imposed you first inquire the meter if there any problem than collect charges and change meter simply. what the hell is this that u take charges first change meter than check the consumption this is all to generate revenue from customer money & nothing else.
