I am receiving bill overcharging for 6months in the name of PUG test.I am single family please recover my extra bill and disconnect the same mistake.

    Complaint NO.0182761561 Meter No. 18496933, Customer No.8438198577. Your team identified “Outer Complaint Leakage” which they changed. Due to this leakage, I have been receiving huge amount bills in last few months and paid accordingly. Today your Billing Head Mr. Adnan refused to receive my request letter for adjustment which I entitled for refund of excess billing due to the OUTER COUPLING LEAKAGE. Rather than he accepts my letter, he argued the trend of usage of previous years which is totally unacceptable. Sir, while very very clear leakage found, you should give adjustment as the OUTER COUPLING fault fall into SSGC ambit and not customer fault. I disheartened from the behavior of Mr. Adnan. I, therefore, request to look into my last few months bills and compensate to avoid any unnecessary correspondence and approach to other forum.
