Dear Sir,
It is stated that in the month of August, 2016, SNGPL team visited my house and replaced the Gas Meter with a new one. My elderly mother was at home at that time and she did what was asked by the team.
For your information we never applied for meter replacement. Now this month the bill includes meter cost totaling bill to Rs. 7500/- which we can’t afford to pay. Kindly, replace the meter with the old one. We were quiet satisfied with that meter for the last 15 years.
Kindly, resolve this matter at your earliest. The particulars are as below.
