Sir,
I was applied for gas connection and was registered vide No. ID-9652407973 dated 05-07-2012(copy enclosed). A person of the department was visited my house on 07-04-2015 and once again after some days. A bill of neighbour/street of gas for proof was also taken by the official. Sir after a long period still I have not received any communication from the department about the status of my application.
2. Reference Wafaqi Mohtasib Hearing on 17-11-2015 your departmental representative advised me to contact the sales department SNGPL for duplicate demand notice as department have already been issued the same but no one was received by the undersigned.
3. Now your are requested to please issue me a demand notice (normal) to enable me to deposit the fee. Photocopies of 02 bills of my neighbor are also enclosed for ready reference. (This is a copy of application already sent to your office). Besides this many applications have been sent to Wafaqi Mohtasib office and G.M. SNGPL on different times but no response to date.
