Product Details: Hijab Deal
I order my parcel COD from Smart Deals (Online Retailer), which is 6 scarfs in 1650, when i received my parcel 16-01-2024, I received just 2 scarfs in the parcel box, and i tried to contact the retailer but they never replied me and not attending the call, also the number they provide on the parcel for complain was not in use,
Its looking like scams and fraud, i am very unhappy from TCS because your Rider can see the parcel which have just two Scarfs means incomplete Order and they said we can’t take it back it’s not our policy, if this is not your policy then why you took complete 1650 amount of the order when the order is incomplete,
It means the TCS Company are fully supporting to the Scammer and providing them assurity that they can deliver any incomplete Order and TCS will give them full amount by charge to the customer,
I have my parcel with 2 scarfs and my 1650 are wasted, now 100% responsible is TCS because they took full amount behalf of Scammer. I need my 1650 back, send rider to my location or give me your nearest TCS office address so i can refund this Order.
