Silk Bank has changed their policy of refunding their annual fees. They return annual fees after shopping of 60,000 in 60 days. Before it was
Rs. 20 thousand. I have spent more then 60 thousand but it took more then 60days and they are not returning back the annual fees.
I am off the opinion, that target and time limit for returning is not justifiable at all. I request to refund my annual fees.
