I book careem 1st time but it can’t come to my home and driver by mistake go on wrong side and he impose bill on me. I told my location on phone but he cant come to me.2nd time when I book and call driver he cant pick my phone and canceled the booking himself and bill imposed on me. Plz remove both bill as I am using it since a year.
