Subject: VERY VERY VERY DELAY OUR CASE DUE TO ANOTHER PERTATIONER
Sir,
I am fighting case against the PHE department Kpk but the service tribunal Kpk lower employer delay our case due to another pertationer.he give money to lower staff to delay our case.they give me one date and write on record another date.when I am present to case .the employer says that you absent.what I give a name to this system.that the lower staff are high and the high staff are lower.sir, your own system are damaged and you clean the another system. You herbay take action against the Kpk service tribunal .our another pertationer says to every body that we win this case .i spend money on staff.every body says to me, that you give money to judge.i give answer to him that why we go to court.that thay take money.but I believe on justice.finally, sir you Herby take action against this type of employer. And give punished to him.
