i am Rtd General manager wapda , state that above persons delibrately fixed detetction on my above DCN no Rs 2182 insead balance of 1653 units are remaining in my acconnt of free units. so it is illeagal and they warned me that if you did’nt pay the detection will disconnect your residence connection so i made a complaint that kindly made your enquiry against above sepco officials of Dadu 1 and detection amount waived off. t
