We are consumer of SEPCO subdivision chandka Larkana. SEPCO has been issuing detection bills to us since last 2 years. our outstanding bill has reached an amount of PKR 100000. when we approach SDO office and ask for adjustment they say that we cannot adjust for such long time. so you have to pay the amount. Our transformer brusts out almost every month we hardly use electricity for a week in a month. SEPCO staff demand money for repairing every time. despite of lodging complaints at SEPCO helpline/ complaint center no alternate trolly transformer has been provided. In our area there is 10 hours load shedding. SEPCO office staff is uncooperative.
