Dear sir. AoA. I want ti draw your kind attention that durlng last month of may to august 2016 over and exorbotant readind was booked without knowing ground reality to the extent of Rs.20000/- per month which is quite in justice and bill is accumulated upto Rs.93000/- . it is beyond my capacipty to pay the bill at a time. Requedting for early redressal of grievance in the ineterest of justice.
