I have been using tcs for many years but yesterday i had the most pathetic experience caused by TCS. I had booked a cake and flower bouquet through sentiments for 20/02/2019 but the cake was delivered on 20/01/2019. It has ruined my event which was supposed to be celebrated on 20 Feb and not a month earlier. Furthermore, the cake had bitter taste. I will send this cake to the F-10, Islamabad outlet by tomorrow. I am deeply disgusted by the customer service provided by TCS and i therefore request a complete refund of my amount.
