Subject: Complaint about Bus AC
Dear General Manager
I am writing to express my discomfort and disappointment with the air conditioning on your bus 740] that I boarded on 25th June 2014 from Mansehra] to Lahore.
The AC was not functioning properly, making the journey extremely uncomfortable and hot. Despite my request to the driver to adjust the temperature, there was no improvement.
I request you to:
1. Repair/replace the AC unit on the bus.
2. Provide adequate training to drivers to ensure they can operate the AC effectively.
I hope you will take necessary actions to address this issue and provide a comfortable travel experience for your passengers.
