I had to fly on sv 727 from Islamabad airport at 1745 hrs 14 June total family passengers 5 including me flight delayed and told after 5 hrs that we are not getting flight and its cancelled for one day, for that reason I have lost approximately 6000 Sar of hotel booking and car booking from jedah to makkah and 2nly air line should pay the claim for hotel cancellation and loss of money and one day less stay in makkah and as per rule 300 sar for one hour delay not exceeding 3000 sar which for 5 person comes to 15000 sar total loss which airline should bourn comes to 25000 sar and hotel provided was so pathetic that I have to change and get other hotel on my expense which airlines people are not listening and should be complelled to pay the compension of 25000 sar my email [email protected], phone 00923451112192
