I bought a 65-inch Samsung QLED TV from Carrefour Lucky One Karachi Pakistan on May 22, 2019, which failed on August 28, 2019. I have been complaining to the people of Samsung Service Center, Karachi, the details of which are as follows.
(Complaint No. 4226268803 dated 28th August 2019.)

But they did not reply for 27 days. Finally I had to contact Lahore Head Office and only then my problem was solved. In principle, even then, I should have changed the LED because it was only a few months, but at the request of the company I took the same LED.
On July 14, 2021, the same problem happened again. I registered a complaint with Customer Care Services Karachi.

The details are as follows:

Purchase date: May 22, 2019
Model Number QA65Q7FNARSMM
Serial No. 04M236PM500015.

While 38 days have passed since complained, a person has called me yesterday for giving estimate of replacement of some parts i.e Rs.185000 Approx.
I think this my fault to purchase the product of Samsung.
Can you give me some advice on what to do?
