I’ve ordered the product about a week ago.
This Tuesday I got a call from Tcs female operator, she informed me that my area (Dharampura Lahore) is out of service due to lock down. I also made her clear that there isn’t such issue because I am having my parcel at my destination from tcs and leopards etc. She said ok, we’ll deleiver your parcel at the next day, which they didn’t yet.
Mistakenly, i did reset my mobile and lost the record of tcs message and call. Please help me how can I get my parcel. It’s been 3 days now. Waiting for the response.
