A Professor from Peshawar University sent me his thesis to check. TCS Tarnol denied delivering it and wanted me to come there and receive. It is ten kilometer away from from my place and going there involves returning back through packed GT Road with great rush and covering more extra 5 kilometer. Leopards also base in Tarnol, but they deliver our posts to our Society. If TCS cannot come here, then why use it. I asked the man to deliver to a accessible place in Tarnol, but he refused. So I was forced to ask him return it to the sender.
