I got the documentation for the refrigerator from the branch of Naeem Electronics’ darogawala , in which the branch manager Naveed has paid more than the actual price on the cross check and secondly he did not have that refrigerator in the branch stock so he did all the documentation in vain. Lee started making mystery for me and later for another product. On refusal, they sent me to Dharampura branch to get my desired product, the delivery charges of which are too high for me and I have wasted my time. I demand that action be taken against Naveed and the other rent which I have to pay extra two thousand should be paid due to the mistake of your staff. You will be kind.
