Dear Concerns, this is to bring into your knowledge that your recovery representative threaten and misbehave with the clients. With out informing to the client, rider is sent to office to collect the money. This is the highest threat and mental torture which is being given by your recovery representatives to any client. I Hope that this case may be investigated properly to prove that actions are taken on the complaints.
