Hi,
I have a serious complain about the quality of the network. For the past couple of weeks my internet is having connectivity issues, the speed of the internet is even less 1 mb and i can not even open up google.com. The internet speed is nowhere near the expectation. When i pay for a 4mb speed i except 4 mb speed.
I am just formally writing a complain before i can cut off my account but if you could fix this problem that would be great.
