my ist complaint was 26 june 2017 of slow browsing and i cordintiate the higher mangmnt of ptcl but no good responce and the miss behve of call center F.M A.M S.M and arrange 33 times call back from GM but no responce 1236 and 1218 say witn in 2 hours u recve call from gm but,,,,,, no responce from gm and always closed the copmlant from own side
