Dear Sir,
I am PTCL customer and I am facing a problem with my services from last 10 days. My number is 042-35976148 and I am using landline, broadband and Smart TV on the mentioned number. It’s been 10 days that my line is dead and I am making complaints all the time and it costs me my precious time and my job routine is also being disturbed. From the last 5 months most of the times I am facing problems with my services. Helpline says it will be restored within 24 hours but problem never gets resolved. From last 10 days they have assigned me the complaint number 21 and 41. Kindly cooperate.
