It is inform you that we have your four PTCL line in Crown feeds (Pvt) Ltd and our company situated in Karachi in landhi industrial area our area code is 75160 and our ptcl number which is following :

3) 021-35085093 (This Connection Internet Broad Band Connection)
4) 021-35085094
This four number not working from last two month and we are paying this numbers monthly bills on time you can check our statues by online and against this number’s issue we did complain to your customer care they provide us complain number but they closed our complain after saying that you did not attend our computer call and not solve our issue and I did complain many time and they closed our complain by saying that many time.
After that I went your customer care office meet your repetitive they provide us complain number is that ( 71, 28, 25 ), and said that against your issue meet Mr. Khizar he is ADM of your landhi 89 office and he sit this exchange office, he said that I cannot solve your issue. again I went your office at 11 o’clock but your team and officer not come.
Now, Please tell me who will solve our issue? If you are not interested so please mail use for closed your connection? Your line use in our company our all business link dopant on your ptcl line and broad band connection we bearing a loss because we are paying your bills without any use,
