Dear sir
with due respect it is submitted that i am using PTCL NO 0992 343933 for last 20 years,, my home PTCL # 0992 343933 is out of order from last 7 days i registered my complaint and my complaint no is 88 and DSL complaint no is 13 but still not work out on my complaint,
Further i also visited in PTCL Office cantt bazar Abbottabad, the Official told me within working hours my complaint will be solved removed. But still there is no action taken on my complaint despite alot of days and time have been passed even no officail has visited on site.
therefore i requested you kindly take action on my complaint and against concerned official, otherwise i have no option left to why not i disconnected my PTCL 0992 343933 and DSL.
