Sir since 01.09.17 my ptcl line and broadband is not working. I lodged complaint # 20 & 68 on 22.09.17 and they assured that in a day or two issue will be resolved but couldn’t , then on friday i again called compalint line and they responded same that we our engneer will contact u but still no one even just conatcted me evenafyer 12 days and issue is still same. I m not feeling comfortable to contact you abut by GOD i m fed up with PTCL and its complaince on the issue. Hope u understand my issue and will let me know about this poor service.
