SUBJECT: APPLICATION TO PTCL LAND LINE AND BROADBAND CONNECTION.
Dear Sir,
I am user of PTCL land Line No’s. 021-35294759-60, my land line is out of order about 1 weeks, several complains have been registered viva help line and internet but no response from your side till to date. So much negligent and irresponsible people you have in your staff. I have received two or three calls from net work about feedback but needful work is still pending. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
