I am compelled by PTCL representatives of my locality Hayat abad Peshawar to complaint here . they always neglect to do their duties when we complaint . when we complaint for fixed land line if ther is dsl are line issue they contact usually after week . Now once we complaint week before about our street ptcl cable which was cut down by workers during construction due to which about 20 to 30 ptcl conections were downed , they approach after week and temporarily conect the cable and assured us that they will permanently solved the issue in two days by making permanent jiont . one week passed the cable is still on the ground and not permanently joint so there is apprehension of the disconection . we complaint again and again but they have no response .They are going to cause a damage to PTCL good name .
Kindly we need that the issue be solved at earlier response
