I received a sms about double a package. I tried many time to stop this package but fail. When I recv a double bill I complaint about this So I recv an other double bill for downgrade package fine. I also a recv an other sms for double package. Its ptcl fraud people always forgot to stop package. when people downgrade the package. ptcl send double bill.
