Sir, my name is nuzhat ameen and i live in vehari. my landline and Internet connection (DSL) is not working. But your officials did not show any responce to my complaint.when I request 1218 he informed me that your problem has been solved but the problems is still stand. Now my PTCL Land line No.067-3600774 and my DSl are both dead.
I registered my complant again and again but it seems like PTCL has no customer care and they have no intrest to improve theri services.Please solve my problem i will be thank full to you.
