My complaint # is 83 registered on 30-Sep-16. I write email daily to PTCL customer care and receives replies but no practical action has been taken to resolve my issue. its been 10 days that my phone has no dial tone and obviously no DSL connection. Please do something to resolve my issue on priority. Also let me know, I have monthly package of phone & DSL and if i am not getting any service form PTCL., Is it fair to charge full month amount. Its totally un-fair to charge full package bill even i did not get any service from such long period / days.
