I submitted an application to disconnect one of my landline (091-5604255) few months back. I am still getting the bills inspire my few visits to the local PTCL exchange in Hayatabad. Every time I am assured that don’t worry about the bills as your phone is disconnected. I fail to understand this incompetence of the local exchange and don’t know what to do next.
