Dear Sir we had installed land line number 021-34330102 pertains to PTCL.There is no dial tone in the number since last six months but ptcl is continuously charging monthly bill against the number.On dated 07 August,2017 we had paid Rs.1460/- without making a single call and requested them to disconnect the number but till date no action is taken and again bill for the month of March 2017 is generated for amount Rs.2250/-.
Request is made to disconnect the number and waive off the charge illegally imposed.
