I am using ptcl broad band 2 mb unlimitted with effect from 04-09-2018. i have received the bill for sept 2018 amounting to Rs, 4300/- which is not correct . in this bill it is mentioned that i have used 44 51 GB extra data. while my package is unlimited and there is no question of extra data. kindly correct my bill
