Sir, since last 35 days our phone no. 091 5200297 has the problem of Cross talking and noise, we have already compliant against this but after three days the complaint expired without solving the problem. call again and again the Warsak Road PTCL Office but the problem is still remain.
you are therefore, kindly requested to take prompt action in this regard please

My phone(5602723) has been dead for the last two weeks and in spite of several complaints / reminders and my personal visits it has not been fixed so far.Las time it took me more than a month to get it fixed, that too, after writing to a senior official.Whenever their is fault the concerned staff fully displays its inefficiency , indifference and incompetence in addressing the issue.I wish some one could help me.
