I have facilitate with telephone No.0243553283 at Muhalla Talpur Colony Khairpur Mir’s which is not functioning last 4/5 months, mostly complained to PTCL Department, recently complaint No.21 given to me on 10-12-2016 and also inform me that PTCL representative contact with me about complaint, but no any PTCL representative or authority contact with me uptill now lapse of 10/12 days, please solve my problem I also paid monthly bill regularly
