AssalamOAlaikum, my ptcl no, 04235723498 is installed in Sector E , Phase 1, DHA Lahore, I made a request for installation of subject connection some time back in 2015, now again I requested for installation of smart tv connection, and after lots of efforts I was given a blank answer of non feasibility in my area , its a matter of concern for me and a matter of shame for the biggest Pakistan Telecom service that connection could not made even after two and a half years time , probably due to some technical reason, curse upon the services that could not rectify a small tiny problem, Two and half years time, its a big question mark on the Management and owners like Etasalat company.
I would again remind your management to look into the matter and resolve this gigantic issue
