We are trying in vain to get a telephone connection for our house in D12/1. Each time we are told that the PTCL coverage does not extend to this sector, which is factually incorrect. There are people in our locality with PTCL numbers.
A survey team has to make a visit and check up the facts before sending SMS message that facility does not exist in the area.
