Dear Sir,
We are running business in the name of “Pak Cotton Industries & Oil Mills at Layyah. As you are aware that every business has the need of a communication channel for his effective communication with stake holders i.e. we need PTCL connection for our business needs but unfortunately, we have series problems from PTCL. We are registering complaints with PTCL from last two year against our PTCL land line numbers 0606-450500 & 0606-450586. The number of complaints almost has been reached up to 200 times and these complaint numbers will be exists in PTCL database. The same you can check from PTCL complaint database. Our land line numbers resolved on temporary basis after lodgment of our complaint with PTCL and after few days land line numbers become dead. We have contacted many times with Mr Muhammad Saleem Incharge PTCL Layyah(0333-6202030) and complaint supervisor Layyah Region on PTCL number 042-35715145 for resolution of our complaints but no response received.
The responses from PTCL representatives are very poor and shameful. Our last complaint was lodged almost one month before vide complaint # 23 & 51 and till date no response received from PTCL and our land line numbers are not in working condition.
We demand a complete inquiry regarding our complaints and their resolution.
Either PTCL provide such type of services to all customers or have only problem with us ???
