Aoa sir,
it is requested that my internet connection and landline are not working from the last 10 days. I have registered my complaint 3 times on 1218. I have also visited 4 times to the local office but to no avail. similarly, there was no one present in the exchange. the local operative is not cooperating. I do not know why PTCL is not taking strict action against the concerned operative.
I have paid all my dues on time. kindly facilitate me, as I am paying for the service.
