PTCL VERY BAD SERVICE (AZIZABAD EXCHANGE KARACHI)
Dear General Manager,
PTCL Karachi.
Respected sir,
My PTCL no # 021-36826005.
Before Eid I had made a complain # 69 (09:18 am) on Friday 01st September 2017, which line man have resolved after Eid (7th September 2017).
After some days my PTCL again become dead, and again I have made a complain (complain no# 01) on 12th September 2017.
Its second time in a month that this is happening with me and previously I was disappointed from your service and again your service is disappointing me.
My PTCL exchange is Azizabad Federal “B” Area Karachi.
Kindly solve my problem on high priorities because this is not a way to deal with your customers.
I hope you will take immediate action against my complain so I can use your service without any problem.
