My PTCL Number 0223870982 bill due an amount of Rs.2050, but unfortunately wrongly paid PTCL No.2848475 of Salim Yar Mills Pvt an amount of Rs.2000/- on dated 17.02.2017 at 10.44.am, through Transaction No.2848475 Machine ID-PTCL080 Hyderabad Kotri-OSS therefore requested to kindly refund an amount of Rs.2000/- from wrongly paid concerned customer and add / deduction from My PTCL No.0223870982 for next month bill
