I have raised again new complaints # 67 for landline & 01 for broadband.
We don’t know who will support us.

I am really fad up now, continually complaining since last 17 days and unable to get rectification of my PTCL phone. This is the height of pathetic customer services of PTCL.
This is the best case which has to be shared with PTCL management for realization the exact on ground situation of PTCL service level.
Having said that I am still requesting to please solve the problem.
