I am user of PTCL landline No. 0942-250029, I want to terminate my connection due to the worst service of PTCL Bajaur Agency. I am suffering problems from PTCL landline services. Daily I registered several complaints viva help line and internet but no response from your side till to date. Operators only speak softly but their softness cann’t solve our problem. So much negligent and irresponsible people you have in your staff. I have received seven or eight calls from net work about feedback but needful work is still pending. Kindly do something good for us otherwise we will not pay any bill If you are unable to resolve the problem please take your land line and leave us.
