I want to terminate my connection due to worst service of PTCL Karachi,Iam suffering problems from ptcl land line services Call drop,noise ,engage tone due to these problems we are also suffering family and social circle problems due to PTCL service,Daily I registered complain .Operators only speak softly but their softness can not solve our problems
Kindly do something good for us .Other wise we will not pay any bill
