Dear Sir. I am consumer of ptcl approx.for last twenty years. For the last 6 to 8 months iam not receiving bills in time.or sometimes absolutely not received.same as last month.I did verbal complaint to TCS sevice but in vain.Pl.look after the case.What is the problem behind.
