Respected Sir,
Assalam-o-Alaikam,
I am Faqir Hussain working as Private Secretary to Secretary to Chief Minister (Implementation), Punjab. Telephone No. 042-35959882 is installed at my home at 6-H, Wahdat Colony, Lahore. Internet facility is also availing through the said telephone Number which is in the name of my daughter Mamouna Faqir Hussain. The said connection remains out of order periodically after two or three months but it takes always about 10 days to restore, even after lodging complaints on daily basis.
Presently, it is out of order for the last 8 days, about 5 days ago, I lodged a complaint with 19991218 bearing 43 its number. But till time it is not working. It will not out of place to mention here that at my end, I talked about four times with the concerned Lineman namely Mr. Adnan of the concerned Telephone Exchange i.e. Samanabad Exchange, Lahore, but he did not bother to check the same. Today, when I talked to him, he gave me the impressions that perhaps it is not obligatory for him to remove the fault rather it is giving me great privilege that he is attending my telephone. That kind of behaviour, I termed it very harsh and non-professional.
In view of the foregoing, I am enforced to inform you that in the first instance, an appropriate order may very graciously be passed to the concerned quarter to immediately attend my complaint and remove the fault (permanently) by making it in good working condition; as regards the non-professional attitude of the official concerned, you can decide at your own.
