I am not satisfied with PTCL 2MB DSL . it keeps disconnection after every 5 – 10 minutes and most of the time i have to reset the modem to connect, then it takes like 15 minutes to connect and it again disconnects after 5 minutes. please take a notice !! I’ve complained about it more then 10 times in just 2 months !! but your costumer service is Awful. no one takes notice !! its not just my problem , many other user are also facing this crap !!!! please take a notice !!! my phone line have no other problems.
