Dear Sir,
I would like to register my complaint about my PTCL landline/internet connection (021-34761116) as well as the PTCL staff attitude, from 02 moths my internet connection is intermittently disconnecting frequently and net signals are very week, can not be do anything. I have registered my complaints many times by phone help line as well as visited PTCL office but no body came to attend this issue.
Then one day PTCL help line told me, your internet device (Modem) has faulty, come to PTCL office and change the device with new one and Rs. 2,000/= will be included in your bill.
Then I visited PTCL office and got changed the device with new one but problem still same, I am continuously complaining but no action is being taken by PTCL staff, just saying Mr. Adeel Ansari (Local area technician) will come but he is not coming,
PTCL staff saying give 500 or 10000 rupees (Bribe) to him he will resolve your problem.
How this type of attitude PTCL staff showing.
Kindly get rectified my connection problem and take action against the staff as they deemed fit who are spoiling the PTCL name and its business.
Sir, still my internet disconnecting frequently and signals are very week with new device.
